Why can’t I start the at home portion of the medication abortion at night?

The medication manufacturer recommends that the medication abortion pills be started in the morning. If there are complications, you have easier access to medical attention and the medication will cause heavy bleeding and cramping which may cause you not to sleep through the night if you decide to start them later.
